Development is underway for the Online Interactive Listening Labs. While we cannot announce a release date at this time, we will send out notices for the sample application before too long, and then announce the full release.

Using state-of-the-art Internet technologies, these labs allow your students to interact with the lists of sample words in Diction for Singers. You can also view usage statistics of your students, as well as listen in and leave recorded comments on your students’ labs.

After logging in from any computer with a microphone, your students easily navigate to any sample word list in Diction. They can begin int he default mode of “listen and record”: listen to the coach and record their own voices, one word after another, automatically progressing through the list. They can then “listen and listen,” alternating playing the coach and their own voice for back-to-back comparison. Your students can also opt to manually move through the lists, working through the words one at a time. From within the system, they can also send notices to you and listen to comments you leave for them.
