Listening Lab Buttons Won't Click

If you are having trouble clicking the listening labs and getting them to work, you may have the Flash Player settings set to not allow access to the microphone.

Without access, the lab application might appear frozen, or the buttons unclickable.

To give Flash permission to use your microphone, perform the following two changes:

• Click this link. In the box (at the top of the text column), you will see the title "Global Privacy Settings" and subtitle "Camera and Microphone." Click the "Always Ask" button.

• Also click on this link and once again make sure the first tab is selected and, once again, click the "Always Ask" button.

Now try restarting the labs.
